My programing focuses on functional/basic everyday life movements, using proper movement mechanics, as well as training for strength and/or power and speed for any sport or for the balanced body. I apply the use of functional training combined with core stability, plyometrics, and agility drills to help build confidence and self-esteem while increasing performance, no matter what type activity you enjoy. I develop a personalized, custom training program to help you improve YOUR weaknesses and continue to develop your strengths as you continue to enjoy the things you love.​

Group Fitness

Buddy Training - $55/person per hour session - Buddy Packages: $440/month (1x/week); $840/month (2x/week)

3-people group training $45/person/session

Movement or Running Assessment - $99
