Policy and Procedure

Cancellations and Refunds:

• All Package payments are due before the start of the first session and are Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable and must be used within 2 months of start date. I do not provide refunds or credit for unused time or expired sessions.

• When cancelling a session, 24-hour notice is required, unless there is an emergency or unexpected illness. If 24-hour notice is not given, the session may be forfeited and/or you will be responsible for a cancellation fee. Even if 24 hours is given, it does not mean you will automatically receive a makeup for the missed session. "Not feeling like" coming to your session is not a valid reason for cancellation. Weather is only a valid reason if road conditions are unsafe (blustery and/or icy).

** Sessions that are part of a package and not cancelled with 24-hour notice will be forfeited.

** Single Session Cancellation Fees are as follows: $20 fee for a 30min session, $45 fee for a 60min session, $65 fee for a 90min session
